Pudding & Pie Mix Recipe

Ingredients:
5 1/2 cup: Sugar,
2 3/4 cup: Unbleached Flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Instant Nonfat Dry Milk,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Put in a large airtight
container and label as Pudding and Pie Mix. Store in a cool, dry place and
use within 6 to 8 months.
Makes about 9 Cups of mix.
VARIATION: If you prefer cornstarch puttings, substitute 2 cups cornstarch
for flour.
