1 package: Instant lemon pudding, sm
3/4 cup: Coconut,
1 1/4 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Vegetable oil,
2: Eggs,

FROSTING
1 Box: creamy frosting mix,
2 Boxes: confectioners sugar,
1 cup: Shortening,
1 cup: Milk,

Directions:

Mix in a 13 x 9 ungreased pan with a fork. Bake at
350 for 35-40 min.
