Ingredients:

POULTRY, PORK, LAMB, FISH
1/4 cup: Lemon juice,
1/2 cup: Olive oil,
1 Small: garlic clove, minced
1 pinch: Dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp: Finely grated lemon peel,
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
