Lemon-garlic Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: White Wine Vinegar,
1 tbsp: fresh lemon juice,
2 tsp: Dijon-style mustard,
1/2 tsp: roasted garlic,
1/2 tsp: kosher salt,
1 tbsp: light brown sugar or honey,
1/2 cup: extra-virgin olive oil,
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Store any unused
vinaigrette tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Yield: 3/4 cup
