Light & Fluffy Waffles Recipe

Ingredients:
2: EGGS,
2 1/4 cup: MILK,
3/4 cup: OIL OR MELTED SHORTENING,
2 1/2 cup: FLOUR,
4 tsp: BAKING POWDER,
3/4 tsp: SALT,
3/4 cup: CHOPPED PECANS, OPTIONAL
1 1/2 tsp: CINNAMON, OPTIONAL
2 cup: PELD & DICED APPLES, OPTL
CRUMBLED BACON, OPTIONAL
3 tbsp: COCOA AND,
2 tbsp: CHOC CHIPS, OPTIONAL
Directions:
In large bowl beat eggs until light. Stir in milk and vegetable oil or
melted shortening. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and
add to milk mixture. Stir until smooth. Stir in either pecans,
cinnamon, apples, bacon or cocoa and chocolate chips, if desired.
Pour batter onto center of hot waffle iron, cover and bake until
