Ingredients:
1 cup: 1% low-fat cottage cheese,
2 tbsp: Buttermilk,
1 1/2 tsp: Lemon juice, fresh squezzed or more to taste

Directions:
In a blender, place cottage cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice. Blend
