Lime Chicken Shish Kabob^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Chicken breasts, cut in
Cubes,
2: Limes, juice of
2 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 tbsp: Low sodium soy sauce,
1 tbsp: Apple juice concentrate,
8 ounce: Medium mushrooms,
1: Red bell pepper, cut in 1"
Cubes,
16: White pearl onions,
1: Green bell pepper, cut in 1"
Pieces,
2 small: Zucchini, cubed

Directions:
Combine lime juice, garlic, soy sauce and apple juice and marinate the
chicken in it in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning
occasionally. Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers. Grill or
broil about 10 minutes, turning and basting with marinade.
