Baked Grits Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Regular or quick-cooking,
Grits,
1/2 lbs: Sharp cheddar cheese --,
Grated,
8 tbsp: Butter,
3: Eggs, well beaten
1/3 cup: + 1 TBS,
Milk,

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the grits according to package
directions. Regular girts require 25 to 30 minutes of slow cooking;
quick-cooking grits will take 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the cheese,
butter, eggs, and milk and pour into a buttered 3-cup baking dish.
Bake 40 minutes or longer, or until set.
