Balsamic Vinaigrette 1 Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Balsamic vinegar,
1 1/2 cup: Salad oil,
3: Shallots, finely chopped
2 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste,
Juice of 1 lemon,
Directions:
Whisk together the vinegar, shallots, mustard and lemon juice. Then
add the oil and adjust the seasoning.
