Banana Oat Smoothie Recipe

1 cup: Nonfat Milk,
1 package: Instant Oatmeal, Regular Flavor
1: Whole Banana, Cut In Chunks
1 cup: Orange Juice,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed
for 1 min.
Yield: two 8 oz servings
