Banana Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Rice milk or nonfat milk,
1 cup: Short grain rice, (arborio,
Sweet, etc)
3: Bananas, mashed, (I assume
They meant to say "very ripe,
Bananas"),
1/2 tsp: Nutmeg,
Directions:
Preheat over to 350F. Mix all together well and pour into a 1 1/2 qt
casserole. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until
rice is tender. Makes 4 cups.
