Banana Sour Cream Bars Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Butter,
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
2 large: Ripe bananas,
2: Eggs,
3/4 cup: Sour cream,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2 cup: , (scant) flour
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Soda,
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after
each one. Add sour cream and mix. Add mashed bananas, vanilla and
flour. Bake in jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 2) about 30 minutes (check
after
20 minutes) at 375 deg. F.
