Maharagwe (spiced Red Beans In Coconut Milk) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Dried red kidney beans,
2 medium: Yellow onions, chopped
1 tbsp: Oil,
2 each: Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Turmeric,
3 each: Chili peppers, ground
2 cup: Coconut milk,
Directions:
In a large pot, cover the beans with water & simmer until they are
tender. Saute the onions in the oil until golden. Add, with the
remaining ingredients, to the pot & simmer for several minutes until
the beans are very tender & the tomatoes are cooked. Serve over rice
or a stiff porridge.
