Ingredients:
1 cup: Cubed mango pieces,
1 cup: Vanilla low-fat yogurt, or peach-flavored without the fruit

Directions:
Layer mango cubes and yogurt into parfait glasses. Serve with a long
spoon and garnish with a mango cube and a sprig of mint.
