Beef & Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil, divided
3/4 lbs: Boneless beef sirloin or top round steak, 3/4 inch thick, sliced across the grain into thin strips
2 cup: Broccoli flowerets,
1 Medium: onion cut into wedges,
1 Clove: garlic -OR-,
1/8 tsp: garlic powder,
1 can: Cream of Broccoli Soup Campbells, 10 3/4 oz can
1/4 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
4 cup: Hot cooked rice,

Directions:
1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat one tablespoon oil;
cook beef until browned, stirring often. Remove.

2. Reduce heat to medium. In remaining oil cook broccoli and onion
with garlic until tender-crisp.

3. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling.

4. Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring often.

5. Serve over rice.

Serves 4.
