Beef Barley Skillet Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 lbs: Hamburger,
4 tbsp: Chopped onion,
2 tbsp: Chopped celery,
2 tbsp: Chopped green pepper,
1/8 tsp: Tyme,
1/4 tsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Worchestershire sauce,
1 1/2 tbsp: Chile sauce,
2/3 cup: Canned tomatoes,
1/2 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Pearl barley, salt&pepper
Directions:
Saute beef, onion, celery and green pepper. Pour off fat and stir in
rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil then turn down heat and
simmer until barley is cooked.
