Marinated Gingered Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:
MAKES 60 TO 65 SHRIMP
1 1/2 lbs: Frozen shrimp, shelled,devein
1/4 cup: Soy Sauce,
3 ounce: Ginger root, chopped
1/4 cup: Vinegar,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Sweet Sake, sherry o.k
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Green onion, thinly sliced
Cook shrimp as directed on package. Drain. Arrange shrimp in,
