Ingredients:
2 cup: Cooked ground meat,
Salt and pepper,
2 tbsp: Water,
1 cup: Thick white sauce,
Celery salt,
1: Egg, slightly beaten
Directions:
Combine meat and white sauce. Season to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Cool. Form in balls, cones, or cylinders. Roll in crumbs. Fry in deep
fat (385F) until brown. Drain on crumpled absorbent paper. 8 servings.
