Meatloaf - Vicki Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Ground beef,
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
1/2 cup: Italian bread crumbs,
2: Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup: Ketchup,
1/4 cup: Worcestershire sauce,
1 tbsp: Parsley flakes,
Salt and black pepper, to ta
1: Lipton onion soup mix, unpre
Directions:

Time: 0:30 Mix together the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, beaten
eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soup mix and seasonings. Press
mixture into a 9x5" lo pan or 9" pie plate. Cover tightly with tin
foil and bake at 350 F for abo an hour, uncovering during the last 20
minutes of baking time. Let meat loa stand for 10 minutes before
serving.
