Mexican Pork Steaks Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Pork blade steaks, 3/4"
1 tsp: Vegetable oil,
1 cup: Chunky salsa,
1/3 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Lemon/lime juice,
1/2 tsp: Ground cumin,
Salt to taste,
Directions:
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet; brown steaks on both sides. Conbine
salsa, water, juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. cover and
simmer 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked.
