Berry Colada Punch Recipe

Ingredients:

1 can: 15-oz. cream of coconut,
1 package: Frozen strawberries, thawed
3 cup: Pineapple juice, chilled
3 cup: Club soda, chilled
1 cup: Rum, optional
Directions:
Process strawberries and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth;
pour into a pitcher or large bowl. Stir in pineapple juice, club soda
and, if desired, rum. Serve over crushed ice. Yield 2.1/2 quarts.
