Best: Basic Muffin Mix Recipe

Ingredients:
5 1/2 cup: All-purpose flour,
2 1/4 cup: Whole wheat flour,
2 1/2 cup: Natural bran,
1 3/4 cup: Skim milk powder,
1 1/2 cup: Granulated sugar,
2 tbsp: Baking powder,
2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
In large bowl, stir together all-purpose and whole wheat flours,
bran, milk powder, sugar, baking powder and salt until combined.
Transfer to airtight container; store in cool, dry place. Stir well
before using.

Muffin and Loaf Tips:
1. Muffins can be individually wrapped and frozen in airtight

frozen for up to 2 weeks; thaw, still wrapped, at room temperature.
