Beths Fresh Sorrel Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Bunch sorrel leaves (12-15), stems removed
5 Sprigs: fresh basil leaves,
1/2 cup: Fresh parsley leaves,
1/2 cup: Olive oil,
1: Garlic clove,
2: Oranges, fresh juice of
Salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and whirl together until liquified in a
blender. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss with any fresh lettuce
salad.

Shepherd writes: "The combination of lemony sorrel with basil and
orange juice makes a scrumptious light herbal dressing."
