Big Cabin Salsa Recipe

Yield: 2 Quarts

Ingredients:
1 can: Salsa tomatoes with chipotle,
1 can: Diced tomatoes & green chile,
1 tbsp: Cumin,
1 can: 16 oz tomato sauce,
1 cup: Diced onion,
1 cup: Diced celery,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Beau monde, or salt
Garlic pepper to taste,
3 tsp: Jalapenos, canned, chopped

Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, and do NOT drain canned
tomatoes. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least overnight.
This is a great salsa for homemade Mexican dishes!
