Black Bean Relish Recipe

15 ounce: Black Beans, Canned, *
3/4 cup: Tomato, Finely Chopped,1 med
1 each: Serrano Chile, **
1/2 cup: Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
1/4 cup: Red Onion, Finely Chopped
2 tbsp: White Wine Vinegar,
1 tbsp: Vegetable Oil,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
* Black beans should be canned and they should be rinsed and
drained. ** Serrano chile should be seeded and finely chopped.
