Blonde Chocolate Chip Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Butter or margarine, soften
1 cup: Firmly packed brown sugar,
1: Egg,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
1 cup: All-purpose flour,
1/4 tsp: Baking soda,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Semisweet chocolate morsels,
1/2 cup: Chopped pecans,

Directions:
Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating well at medium speed
of an electric mixer. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.Combine flour,
soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture, and mix well. Stir in
chocolate morsels and pecans. Spread mixture into a greased 8-inch
square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut
into squares. Yield: 16 brownies.
