Ingredients:
6 medium: Potatoes, peeled & quartered
Water,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/3 cup: Butter or margarine,
1/4 cup: Finely chopped parsley,

Directions:
1. Place potatoes in water to cover in a deep, 2-quart, heat-
resistant, non-metallic casserole. 2. Add salt and heat, covered, in
Microwave Oven, 20 minutes or until fork-tender, Drain. 3. Add butter
and parsley. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven, 2 minutes, Toss
to combine thoroughly.
