Bran Bread Abm Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup: Water,
2 2/3 cup: Bread flour,
3/8 cup: Wheat bran,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Sugar,
1 1/2 tbsp: Butter, unsalted
1 1/2 tbsp: Dry milk,
1 tsp: Active dry yeast,

Directions:
Put the ingredients in the bread pan in the order suggested by the
manufacturer and process on the basic bread cycle. 1-1/2 lb. loaf.

Debs notes: Excellent! Light, fluffy. OK to substitute oat bran for
wheat bran.
