Breakfast Pizza- Low Fat Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Reduced-fat turkey sausage,
1: Italian, (16-ounce) bread
Shell,
1 cup: , (4 ounces) reduced-fat
Shredded cheddar,
Cheese,
1 cup: , (4 ounces) reduced-fat
Mozzarella cheese,
1/4 cup: Egg substitute,
1/4 cup: Skim milk,
1/4 tsp: Dried oregano,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
Directions:
Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Spread over bread shell;
sprinkle with cheeses. Combine egg substitute and next 3 ingredients;
pour over cheese. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
