Monas Salmon & Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Half-and-half,
1 t: Onion, instant minced
1/8 t: Pepper,
1 can: Corn, whole kernel(12oz)
1 can: Salmon, drained(7.75oz)
3 ounce: Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl; add remaining ingredients except
cheese. 2. Mix well. 3. Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart
casserole; sprinkle with cheese. 4. Bake in preheated 350F. oven 45
to 50 minutes, or until firm.
