Moose Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Moose round steak, diced
Fat for frying,
Salt,
Pepper,
2 can: Cream of mushroom soup,
1 can: Milk, 10 oz
1/4 cup: Onions, chopped
Directions:
Brown steak in fat in frying pan, season to taste with salt and
pepper. Combine steak, soup, milk and onions in casserole. Bake at
350 degrees F for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice if desired.
