Mounds Candy Bar Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Mashed potatoes,
1 lbs: Coconut, 4 cups
1 tsp: Almond extract,
1 lbs: Powdered sugar,

COATING
6 ounce: Chocolate bits,
4 ounce: Semi-sweet chocolate,

Directions:
Mix ingredients, roll into balls. Put in fridge for 1 hour. COATING:
Melt over hot water and dip balls. Place on wax paper. Put in fridge.
Store in tightly sealed container. NOTE: Any chocolate will work,
