Mr. Foods Oven-"fried" Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Egg, beaten
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1/2 tsp: Dried dillweed,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1 cup: Cornflake crumbs,
2 lbs: Fresh or frozen cod, haddock , or whiting fillets, thawed if frozen

shallow bowl, combine the egg, oil, dillweed, salt, and pepper. Place
corn flake crumbs in another shallow bowl. Cut the fish into 3-inch
pieces and dip in the egg mixture, then the crumbs. Place on cookie

different dried herb - like basil, cilantro, or chives - in place of
