Broccoli-chedder Stuffed Potato Recipe

10 ounce: Idaho potatoes,
1/2 cup: Broccoli, steamed and
Chopped,
1 tbsp: Nonfat sour cream,
3/4 ounce: Lowfat cheddar cheese --,
Shredded,
Directions:
In small bowl, combine potato flesh, broccoli and sour cream.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake and 375 for 15 minutes or until heated.
Per serving: 1V, 1P, 2B,10C 8fat, 7fiber
