Mr. Foods Turkish Pilaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: , (1/2 stick) butter
1 medium: Green bell pepper, diced
2 1/2 ounce: Sliced mushrooms,
1 1/2 cup: Cubed tomato,
1 cup: Uncooked whole-or long grain rice,
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
10 1/2 ounce: Condensed chicken broth,
3/4 cup: Water,

Directions:
======================================================= ====== In a
medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the green
pepper and mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Add the remaining
ingredients, stirring until blended. Bring to a boil, then reduce the
heat to low. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes o Note: No fresh
mushrooms? Use a 4-6 ounce can of sliced mushrooms - just drain them
first. And no green pepper? Try diced zucchini.
