Mrs. Dash Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Chili tomatoes, 15 oz
1 can: Red kidney beans, undrained, 15 1/2 oz
2 tbsp: Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Cumin,
Grated cheese, opt
Chopped onion, opt

Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat
for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and onions if desired.
