Brownie Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Sifted flour,
2 tsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Cocoa,
3/4 cup: Milk,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2 tbsp: Shortening, melted
3/4 cup: Nut meats, chopped
TOPPING
3/4 cup: Brown sugar,
2 tbsp: Cocoa,
1 3/4 cup: -Hot water,
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa. Add milk,
vanilla and shortening; mix until smooth. Add nut meats. Pour into
greased 8-inch square cake pan. Mix brown sugar and cocoa; sprinkle
over batter. Pour hot water over entire batter. Bake.
Temperature--350 F. Time--45 minutes. Amount--6 to 8 servings.
