Burger Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Ground beef, lean
2 1/2: Crackers, crushed
2 tbsp: Onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp: Celery, finely chopped
1/2: Egg, or yolk only
1/2 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp: Oregano,
3: Mushrooms, sliced
Pepperoni slices,
1/2 medium: Tomato, sliced
2 tbsp: Green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp: Pepper, freshly ground
1/2 cup: Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tbsp: Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, celery, egg, sauce, spice
and mix well.

Use a tinfoil pieplate, pat beef mixture into a patty. Scatter
mushrooms, pepperoni, tomato and green pepper over. Sprinkle with
pepper and top with cheeses.

Bake at 350F 20-25 min until meat is no longer pink.

4 servings: 2 protein, 1/2 fat & oils 3 g carbohydrate, 16 g protein
