Butter Pecan Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Butter,
1 cup: Pecan pieces,
1 cup: Crystal brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup: Heavy cream or 1 can, (5 3/8 oz) evaporated milk
1/4 cup: Corn syrup,

Directions:
In heave saucepan, melt butter. Add pecan. Heat until pecans are
lightly toasted and butter is lightly browned. Stir in brown sugar,
cream and corn sytup; cook gently until sugar is completely
dissolved. Do not overcook. Serve warm or cold.

This sauce will become an all-time favorite. Serve this on ice cream
or cake. Delicious.
