Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Buttermilk,
1/4 cup: Plain low-fat yogurt,
2 tsp: Dijon-style mustard,
1 1/2 tbsp: Cucumber, peeled seeded grated
1: Green onion,
2 tsp: Lemon zest, grated
2 tsp: Orange zest, grated
ds White pepper,

Directions:
Blend all ingedients together and chill before serving. Makes about
