Multi Blend Fruit Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp: Butter,
1 1/2 cup: AM Multi Blend Flour,
1 tsp: Non-alum baking powder,
1/2 cup: Honey,
1: Egg, beaten or egg replacer
1 cup: Milk or milk substitute,
2 cup: Fruit, fresh or canned, drained
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9" x 9" pan. Mix the Multi Blend flour, baking
powder, honey, egg and milk. Pour mixture into butter. Add the fruit
on top of batter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 F.
