Mushroom Starter Salads Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Mustard powder,
3 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 1/2 tbsp: Wine vinegar,
1 1/2 tbsp: Parsley, chopped finely
1 1/2 tbsp: Chives, chopped
1 tsp: Castor sugar,
12 ounce: Mushrooms, thinly sliced
Directions:
Whisk together mustard, oil, vinegar, parsley, chives & sugar. Add
mushrooms & toss. Cover & refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Spoon into
dishes & serve.
