Navy Bean Mushroom Saute Recipe

Ingredients:
3 ounce: Mushrooms, sliced
3 ounce: Onions, sliced
2 tbsp: Safflower oil,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp: Fresh parsley, chopped
3 ounce: Navy beans, cooked
3 ounce: Amaranth, cooked
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onions in skillet with safflwoer oil until
onions are translucent. Add salt, garlic and parsley. Combine with
navy beans and amaranth. Mix well and serve warm.
