Nevada Annies Champion Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
3 each: Medium onions,
2 each: Medium green peppers,
2 each: Large stalks celery,
2 each: Cloves garlic,
1 each: Small Jalapeno pepper, fresh
8 lbs: Lean chuck, coarsely ground
7 ounce: Diced green chiles,
28 ounce: Stewed tomatoes,
15 ounce: Tomato sauce,
6 ounce: Tomato paste,
6 ounce: Chili powder,
2 tbsp: Cumin,
Tabasco sauce to taste,
12 ounce: Beer, divided into two porti
12 ounce: Mineral water,
3 each: Bay leaves,

Directions:
Dice and saute the first five ingredients. Add the meat and brown
