New England Baked Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Dried beans, soaked
Overnight,
5 cup: Water,
1 medium: Onion,
1 tbsp: Salt,
1 cup: Brown sugar,
2 tbsp: Molasses,
2 tsp: Dry mustard,
1 1/2 cup: Ketchup,
1/2 lbs: Bacon, cut in cubes
Water, to cover
Directions:
Soak beans overnight in 5 cups water, then simmer until the skins
begin to break. Add remaining ingredients and cover with water.
Cover pan and bake in a pit for 5 to 6 hours.
