No-peek Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Chicken, broiler-fryer, cut in serving pieces
1 1/2 cup: Minute Rice, uncooked
1 can: Condensed Cream of Chicken soup, 10 3/4 oz
1 can: Condensed Cream of Celery soup, 10 3/4 oz
1 package: Dry Onion Soup & Dip Mix, 1 1/2 oz
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300F. Mix Minute Rice and both cans of soup in 13" x
9" baking dish. Distribute evenly in bottom of dish. Place chicken
pieces in single layer on top of rice-soup mixture. Sprinkle dry
onion soup over top. Cover tightly and bake at 300F for 2 1/2 hours.
