Noodle~ Cheese & Veggie Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Egg Noodles, medium wide
1 tbsp: Salt,
3 quart: Water, boiling
8 ounce: Yogurt, plain
8 ounce: Cottage cheese, creamed
10 ounce: Green beans, frozen
1/2 cup: Onion, minced
1 cup: Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.

Gradually add noodles and salt to rapidly boiling water so that water
continues to boil.

Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender; drain in
colander.

In a separate bowl, combine yogurt and cottage cheese.

In a 2-quart round baking dish, combine noodles, yogurt mixture,
beans and onion.

Top with Cheddar cheese.

Bake 20 to 25 mins, or until cheese is melted and browned.
