1 cup: White vinegar,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Tabasco sauce,
Black pepper,
1 cup: Cider vinegar,
1 tbsp: Red pepper flakes, crushed
Salt, to taste

In a non-corrosive container, combine all ingredients and mix well.
