North Carolina: Western Vi (smoked Pork) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1/2 cup: Butter,
1 cup: Ketchup,
1 each: Small bottle Heinz 57 Sauce,
1 tbsp: Celery seed,
1 cup: Onion, finely chopped
2 each: Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup: Vinegar,
1 tbsp: Dry mustard Red Pepper Flakes to taste,

Directions:
Carmelize butter and sugar until bubbly. Add vinegar and whisk. Add
rest of ingredients and simmer until thickened.
