Butterscotch Crunch Squares Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Flour,
1/4 cup: Quaker oats,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1/2 cup: Margarine,
1/2 cup: Nuts,
1: 12oz jar butterscotch OR,
Caramel topping,
1 quart: Ice cream,

Directions:
Combine flour, oats and brown sugar, cut in butter until it is like
coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts, pat into 9x13 inch pan and bake 15
minutes at 400 degrees. Stir while still warm to crumble. Cool.
Spread half in 8 inch pan. Drizzle 1/2 topping over crumbs. Spoon
softened ice cream into pan, drizzle remaining topping, sprinkle
remaining crumbs..freeze.
